So Firefall turned into waterfall. Just when we were loading up the van to go, they stopped letting people in. Something about tornados and severe storms, whatever. Jen and I were beyond disappointed but we still had a fun night having an indoor picnic. The people watching was rather limited from my living room but there is always next year.

I wish we would have known! We had these passes from the PD that let you park for free REALLY close. (Like right behind the vendors) We went around 8. Just in time to have some overpriced corn dogs and see the concert! Oh and some lovely weirdos enjoying the mud lake in the middle of it all!!! The fireworks were awesome. Anthony was way impressed. The mud wasn't bad where we were and practically no traffic! We plan do it again next year!
UGH!!!!! I could hardly believe this happened! Oh well, must be a reason.....but it broke my heart.
I thought the entire day perfectly came together like a perfect storm of activities, cancelations, and cold fried chicken!
